Beginning with a warm welcome at our family-run Crindle Farm, near Limavady, this experience combines time with our horses at the stables with an unforgettable ride along the golden sands of Benone and Downhill Beach, beneath the iconic Mussenden Temple.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced rider, this private experience is tailored to your individual riding ability. Perfect for couples, families, friends and groups of mixed riding abilities, it’s a wonderful way to experience the beauty of Northern Ireland’s Causeway Coast together on horseback.

What’s Included

• A Warm Welcome at Crindle Farm – Enjoy a cup of tea in our barn, either on arrival or at the end of your experience, depending on your start time.
• Meet Our Horses – Spend time at our stables, meet your horse and get to know them before heading out on your adventure.
• Guided Arena Session – Settle into the saddle with a guided riding session in our arena, giving you time to become comfortable and confident with your horse before heading to the beach.
• Land Rover Defender Transfer – Travel approximately 10 minutes through the beautiful North Coast countryside in our Land Rover Defenders to reach the beach.
• Private Beach Ride – The highlight of your experience! Ride along the breathtaking golden sands of Benone and Downhill Beach, with the Atlantic Ocean stretching out beside you and Mussenden Temple perched dramatically on the cliffs above. With miles of open beach and spectacular coastal scenery, it’s a truly special way to experience this beautiful part of Northern Ireland.

Our private beach rides are suitable for all riding abilities, including complete beginners, with our experienced team on hand throughout to ensure you feel comfortable and confident.

• Midweek morning / daytime: £335
• Midweek evening (after 5pm): £360
• Sundays: £380

All experiences are private and tailored to your riding ability.

Riding levels: walk, trot rides OR walk, trot, canter rides
